Photographers snapped Kristin Davis filming a scene from the movie with costar Chris “Mr. Big” Noth and it appears that baby hungry Charlotte is finally pregnant! The shots, taken on an NYC street, show Davis carrying an abundance of shopping bags and then getting agitated and striking out at Noth with one of the packages. When the HBO series finale bowed in 2004, Charlotte had just finalized her adoption of a baby girl from China with her husband Harry. Does this mean the adoption fell through or is the couple just adding to their brood?"
